お届けについて
｜送料
税込2万円以上のご購入で送料無料
関東・信越・東海・北陸・関西・中国・四国・九州：￥700(税抜)
北海道・東北・沖縄県への送料はご購入金額に関わらず、一律￥1,000(税抜)となります。
｜配達納期
ご注文の際に配達希望日をご指定いただけます。
最短でご注文日の翌々日から配達希望日のご指定が可能です。
配達希望日のご指定がない場合、前日13時までのご注文で2営業日以内に発送します。
Delivery Information
| Shipping Fees
Free shipping for orders over 20,000 yen (tax included)
Kanto, Shin'etsu, Tokai, Hokuriku, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu: 700 yen (tax excluded)
Flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax excluded) for Hokkaido, Tohoku, and Okinawa regardless of order amount.
| Delivery Time
You can specify your preferred delivery date when ordering.
Earliest delivery is two days after the order date.
Without a specified date, orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped within 2 business days.
返品・交換について
｜不良品
食品のため、原則として返品はお受けしておりませんが、万が一、当店による商品違いや運送上の事故等がございましたら、当店までご連絡ください。
その際、「新しい商品に交換」または「注文をキャンセルしご返金」のいずれかをお選びいただけます。
｜返品期限
商品到着後、5日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。
なお、期限を過ぎた場合は対応いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
｜返品送料
お客様のご都合による返品の場合、返品にかかる費用はお客様のご負担となります。
それ以外の場合（当店の責任による不備など）については、返送および再発送にかかる送料は弊社が負担いたします。
Returns and Exchanges
| Defective Products
Generally, we do not accept returns for food products. However, please contact us in case of wrong items or shipping accidents.
You can choose either "exchange for a new product" or "cancel the order and receive a refund."
| Return Deadline
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
We cannot process returns after this period.
| Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to customer preference, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
For other cases (such as errors on our part), we will cover both return and re-shipping costs.
